Genfinish is deliberately small. Every enterprise customer works directly with the founders — not an account manager, not a tier-2 support team. When you raise a concern, you email the founders who wrote the code.
This isn't a constraint of our stage. It's a deliberate choice. We've watched what happens when enterprise software companies grow a layer of insulation between the customer and the engineers: response times inflate, feature requests disappear into backlogs, and post-incident reviews get ghostwritten by PR. We don't do that.
